EMEFEM is an Italian furniture brand based in Genoa, Italy.

3. Products
EMEFEM designs and manufactures handcrafted solid oak tables and desks.
All products are made in Italy using carefully selected Italian oak and traditional woodworking techniques.
Because wood is a natural material, each product is unique. Variations in grain, colour, knots, texture and other natural characteristics are part of the product and do not constitute defects.
4. Made-to-Order Production
All EMEFEM products are made to order.
Production begins only after payment has been received.
Products are not held in stock and are manufactured specifically for each customer.
For this reason, customers are encouraged to review all dimensions, specifications and product information carefully before placing an order.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euro (€).
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
EMEFEM reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
6. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Production will commence only after payment has been successfully received.
7. Production & Delivery
Production and delivery generally require up to 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, public holidays, logistics providers, and circumstances beyond our control.
Products are currently shipped from Genoa, Italy to:
- Germany
- Austria
- Belgium
- The Netherlands
8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Because products are made to order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.
Customers should carefully verify all order details before completing their purchase.
9. Returns & Refunds
All EMEFEM products are handcrafted specifically for the customer who orders them.
For this reason, returns and refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer cannot be accepted.
This limitation does not affect any statutory rights applicable under consumer protection laws in cases involving manufacturing defects, material faults, or transport damage.
10. Damaged Deliveries
If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify EMEFEM within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item may be requested.
EMEFEM will evaluate the claim and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
EMEFEM shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to transportation issues, supplier delays, natural events, governmental restrictions, or force majeure events.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of EMEFEM and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy.
