How long does production take?

Every EMEFEM piece is handcrafted to order in Italy.

Production and delivery typically require up to 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to:

• Germany
• Austria
• Belgium
• The Netherlands

If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

Is solid oak exactly the same as shown in the photos?

No.

Wood is a natural material and every piece is unique. Grain patterns, knots, colour variations, and other natural characteristics will naturally differ from one piece to another.

These differences are part of what makes every EMEFEM piece unique.

Can I request custom dimensions?

Yes.

If our standard dimensions do not fit your space, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to discuss a custom solution.

Can I cancel my order?

Because every piece is made specifically for the customer who orders it, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Can I return my furniture?

As all EMEFEM products are handcrafted and made to order, returns and refunds for change of mind cannot be accepted.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of manufacturing defects or transport damage.

What happens if my furniture arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and the item.

We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

How do I care for solid oak furniture?

Solid oak is durable and designed to last for generations.

We recommend cleaning with a soft cloth and avoiding excessive moisture, harsh chemicals, or prolonged direct sunlight.
